Training Notes: | Felt 3.5/10. Legs/knees pain 2/10. Back @ 95%. Got deeper on the 125 and 127.5 today. Legs felt fatigued during back off sets so only managed two sets on 112.5. Mind not with it on the squats. I was keener on the bench. Most back off work I have done on the bench. No flexibility exercises today to take it easy on the knees. | ||||||
