Notes: Awoke 4:10 AM. 8 hours sleep. 1 coffee. 10 minutes stick work

Training Notes: Felt 4/10. Legs/knees pain 4/10. Back @ 98%. Did Goblet squats to warm up as well as to promote technique/flexibility. I was feeling sore and sorry for myself. Did not want to be here. Weights were heavy. Getting to 130 was a real challenge mentally. About a 5-8% decline in weights. Psuhed myself to get 8 sets on 112.5kg.  Did both flexibility exercises at end of session to promote lower back flexibility. Did some abs and rotar cuff work to finish off. Knees quite sore afterwards - maybe 2nd most pain so far from training. Had an hour nap after session.
