Training Notes: Felt 6/10. Legs/knees pain 2/10. Back @ 100%. Did Goblet squats to warm up as well as to promote technique/flexibility. I was feeling good so I was aiming for a PR, possibly 140kg on the squat. On 137.5 (EMPR) I think my depth was not as low as normal so even though I could have probably done 140kg I was worried that since I might actively seek to find depth, my concentration would not be on getting up which could lead to an ugly result.  So I stopped at 137.5kg. Did both flexibility exercises at end of session to promote lower back flexibility. Did leg extensions to promote knee health since I am still not getting deep.
