Training Notes: Felt 3/10. Legs/knees pain 2/10. Back @ 80%. I did a lot of extra sets with lighter weights for technique/flexibility. The weights were feeling heavy. 110 was tough. I could have done 112.5 but I thought I would move on to the back off sets since I was feeling fatigued. Unracked 100 to commence back off sets but given my back felt less than average, my legs feeling fatigued and my mind not 100% switched on I felt it best to cease at that point to prevent any possible injuries and racked the bar immediately. Feeling lethargic, not wanting to be there. Second day in a row with significant drop in strength so perhaps this has more to do with being in the 'dark times' than simply missing two hours of sleep in the past three days and doing a few extra technique sets. I did half an hour of health/restorative exercises since my mind was not in it:  rotar cuff work, scapula rows, side abs (hopefully to get my back 100% again since when I have weak side abs I have lots of issues with my back) and bicep curls.
