Training Notes: Felt 4/10. Legs/knees pain 3.5/10. Back @ 100%. Slept in a little to catch up on sleep. Not sure of depth on 125 and 127.5. I think I pulled up short. The max on 127.5 was relatievly easy but it burnt a lot of fuel in coming up fast. Iced knees after session.
