Training Notes: Felt 3/10. Legs/knees pain 3/10. Back @ 95%. Yard work in morning leaving me tired plus probably dehydrated. Given it was a rest day, I really tried to focus on technique by doing lots of sets with lighter weights. As I was going up the weights they were feeling heavy. Some disruption to my normal sleeping pattern could be to blame. I did extra technique sets yesterday and they did not seem to effect me in this manner so I don't think that is the answer. The set on 100kg was quite tough. Given this heaviness in conjunction with the extra technique sets and being a rest day I thought I would call it quits at that point and move on to the bench. Did lots of sets of flexibility exercise in between bench sets. Iced my knees after session given all the sets and extra flexibility work.
