Training Notes: | Felt 4/10. Legs/knees pain 3.5/10. Back @ 100%. After studying Broz's various question and answers, I think it is important to go max even if I cant't squat deep yet so long as I am in no danger of injuring myself. I did maxes but with lighter weights as I am trying hard to squat low and obviously this brings into play muscles that i have not really used before. I think I am near parellel now. Iced my knees after training today and that has helped to reduce the pain that I have been getting past few days. Bought some ice packs and will make it a daily choir to wear them after training. | ||||||
