Training Notes: Felt 4/10. Legs/knees pain 3/10. Back @ 80%. Less joint pain today - most likely from no flexibility exercises at end of session yesterday which I think aggravate my knees.  Did Goblet squats to warm up as well as to promote technique/flexibility. I had to be at work early today. After workout, knees in a lot of pain.
